Cyber Security: Risk Management for the C-Suite

Duration: 1 Hour
How can leaders and managers help their organisations adopt a proactive cyber security posture?

Cyber security is no longer a concern for just frontline IT managers and team members. A successful organisational cyber security program must be administered with a top-down approach.

Designed for members of the board, senior executives, and management, this webinar helps you understand, assess, and position your organisation to address cyber security threats.

Learning objectives:

  • The need for effective cyber security risk management
  • Mitigating risk with risk assessment techniques and management frameworks
  • Identifying potential security gaps that could prove a liability

Our highly experienced Agile facilitator will explain how teams and organisations can be assessed against business goals to understand exactly what kind of help they need to achieve those objectives in terms of training, coaching or external consultancy.
