The PRINCE2® Risk Management Certification course equips experienced project managers with the knowledge and skills needed to apply, analyse, and tailor the PRINCE2® Risk Management framework across organisational contexts.

Aligned to M_o_R Practitioner version 4, the course emphasises risk-informed decision making that both creates and protects value across strategic, portfolio, programme, project, product, and operational levels. Participants will work with realistic scenarios to practice applying principles, perspectives, people considerations, and the full risk management process cycle.

This course prepares attendees for the PRINCE2® Risk Management Practitioner exam, currently titled the Management of Risk (M_o_R®) 4 Practitioner exam, administered by PeopleCert.

  • Exam Prep Course: This course is designed to help you prepare for both the foundation and practitioner certification exams. You can expect coverage of all exam learning objectives, with a focus on understanding key concepts, terminology, and how they’re assessed.
  • Content Volume: Certification courses cover a large amount of material in a short time. Instructors prioritise content tied to exam objectives. Supplementary topics will be addressed as time allows.
  • Class Pace: Certification courses are fast-paced and adhere to a strict schedule, ensuring all exam objectives are covered. While discussions and examples are included, the focus remains on certification readiness.
  • Outside of Class Study Time: Plan for self-study outside of class, especially if the concepts are new to you. Passing the exam is not guaranteed.

You will be emailed a PeopleCert Voucher Code for your examination and eBook.

  • Please sign in to your PeopleCert account on the PeopleCert website and enter your PeopleCert Voucher Code under the section ‘Register your PeopleCert Voucher Code’
  • After confirming your action, you will be provided access to your eBook through ‘My eBooks’ section.

You will be provided with an exam voucher for each exam and a link to register and schedule your online exam sessions with the PeopleCert web proctoring service.  You will take your exams after you have completed your training course.

PeopleCert strives to deliver results to Learning Tree within two or four weeks of receiving exams.

PeopleCert has accredited both Learning Tree and this course.  As an Accredited Training Organisation (ATO), Learning Tree and its trainers have been approved to deliver this course.  PeopleCert is responsible for invigilating the examinations and the learner of the results.

Certification candidates and existing credential holders are responsible for reporting all Continuing Certification Requirements Program (CCR) activities to PMI (Project Management Institute). To report the completion of a Learning Tree course, you can use the Online PDU (Professional Development Units) Resources System.
