ISTQB CTAL Test Automation Engineering
The CTAL-TAE certification is designed for professionals who are responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining test automation solutions. It builds on the ISTQB Foundation Level and focuses on the strategic and technical aspects of test automation, including architecture, tools, integration, and maintenance best practices.
The CTAL-TAE exam typically consists of multiple-choice questions based on real-world scenarios, with a duration of 90 minutes (or 113 minutes for non-native English speakers). The exam is closed book, and the minimum passing score is 65%. Questions are weighted to reflect their complexity and relevance to key learning objectives.
