This course prepares the student for the Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals certification.

This course is designed for Business Decision Makers and IT (Information Technology) Professionals who aspire to deploy cloud services in their organization or want to get foundational knowledge on cloud fundamentals. This includes the considerations and benefits of adopting cloud services in general and the Software as a Service (SaaS) cloud model, focusing on Microsoft 365 cloud service offerings.

This exam is designed for candidates who demonstrate foundational knowledge of Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions to facilitate productivity on-site, at home or a combination of both. Candidates may know cloud-based solutions or may be new to Microsoft 365. Candidates can use this exam to prepare for other Microsoft certifications, but it is not a prerequisite for any related certifications.
