This individual understands the human dynamics of cultural change and is equipped with practices, methods, and tools to engage people across the DevOps spectrum. In addition, they understand performance and culture, focusing on what matters, bringing forth ideas for organizing workflows, defining meaningful metrics, value stream mapping, and putting it all together.

This unique DevOps Leader course provides the insights, techniques, and innovative approaches needed by modern IT (Information Technology) leaders involved in a DevOps cultural transformation within their organization.

The course earns 16 PMI PDUs (Although DOI has not currently been issued an official code to submit for PMI PDU credit, you can submit for credit successfully through the “Other” category on the PMI website. Essentially, 1 PDU credit per hour of instructor-led training. So, in the case of the DevOps Foundation, 16 credits would be applicable.)

DevOps Institute certifications expire two years from the date earned and must be renewed before that expiration date. For an individual’s first DevOps Institute certification, 30 CEUs are required to maintain an active certification.  For individuals who hold more than one DevOps Institute certification, an additional 6 CEUs will be required for each additional certification.
