The Value Management Track focuses on value-centric strategies, including organizational and business alignment, adaptive planning, product road mapping, and frequent communication. You’ll develop the skills and behaviors necessary to manage value and foster a value-based mindset within yourself, your team, and your organization.
The ICAgile Value Management Track consists of two knowledge-based certifications: Enterprise Value Management and Business Value Analysis. The capstone of the Value Management Track is the Certified Expert In Value Management, which demonstrates your ability to cultivate value at an enterprise scale.
Course 3645 prepares you for the Enterprise Value Management certification. Course 3646 prepares you for the Business Value Analysis certification.

Earn the Certification in the ICAgile Value Management Track:
To obtain ICAgile certification, students will need to pass the end-of-class exam
Once notification of passing the exam has been received, contact Learning Tree's customer service to request registration with ICAgile
Before becoming ICAgile Certified Expert (ICE) in Value Management, you must first achieve the following certifications:
ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP)
ICAgile Certified Professional in Business Value Analysis (ICP-BVA)
ICAgile Certified Professional in Enterprise Value Management (ICP-EVM)
Once you’ve obtained the above-mentioned certifications, you can pursue the ICAgile Certified Expert (ICE) certification in Value Management directly through ICAgile. ICE certifications are recognized and respected by Agile thought leaders as an endorsement of genuine competence. They are only awarded to professionals who demonstrate competence real-time in front of an expert panel.
