Gain practical skills applying design patterns and best practices in C# development - skills that can be immediately applied in the workplace to significantly enhance productivity. This instructor led workshop is intended for those who already have some knowledge of design patterns and best practices and have C# programming experience. Concepts will be reviewed before each exercise with a comprehensive briefing afterwards. The structure is approximately 20% lecture, 80% hands-on activities.
This workshop focuses on the exercises with minimal lecture while regular hands-on courses blend lecture and lab. Workshops spend about 75% - 80% doing exercises while a regular hands-on course spends about 40% on hands-on exercises.
We encourage you to take the C++ complementary skills assessment to determine which C++ training option is right for you. After you’ve taken the assessment, you will receive an email that will match you to the correct option.
Knowledge at the level of .NET Best Practices and Design Patterns, as well as knowledge of C# EF/LINQ.

After-Course Instructor Coaching
When you return to work, you are entitled to schedule a free coaching session with your instructor for help and guidance as you apply your new skills.
After-Course Computing Sandbox
You'll be given remote access to a preconfigured virtual machine for you to redo your hands-on exercises, develop/test new code, and experiment with the same software used in your course.
Free Course Exam
You can take your Learning Tree course exam on the last day of your course or online any time after class.
