This Course is designed for Black Belt candidates who are managers, project leaders, continuous improvement participants, and others who already have a Certified Lean Green Belt.
Both trainings introduce a deeper dive into the project selection and metrics necessary to affect continuous improvement in any organization. Lean Black Belt is the equivalent of a LSS Master Black Belt without the six sigma math. The addition of “Six Sigma” (in the Master Black Belt course) adds mathematical complexity to reach a higher level of excellence in process-improvement through the use of data analysis.
