“For nearly 20 years, Learning Tree has been my preference for technical training, and I have yet to be disappointed. The depth of the course content and the high caliber of the instructors are, in my opinion, unmatched within the industry.”

ITIL® Training
The Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL®) was developed in response to the increased demand for IT departments to align with—and help achieve—their organizations' overarching business goals. The result is a consistent and comprehensive documentation of best practices used worldwide, along with exams for levels of professional certification that acknowledge an individual's qualifications.
Because many organizations in both public and private sectors make ITIL Certification mandatory for their IT professionals, it is more critical than ever that you're fully prepared and confident when taking your exams. Learning Tree ITIL training ensures that you will be.
Whether you want to achieve ITIL certifications or are looking for practical tips for implementing ITIL in your organization, Learning Tree is your first choice for comprehensive ITIL instruction and exam preparation. Along with our reputation for truly effective training, you also benefit from a complete ITIL curriculum. And if you're not satisfied that we delivered more than you expected, you don't pay! That's been our Guarantee of Satisfaction since 1974, and it continues today.

ITIL 2011
A refreshed version of ITIL—ITIL 2011 edition—has been released. ITIL 2011 is an update, not a new version, and reflects the evolution of best practices. While the basic principles and concepts of ITIL remain the same, the supporting processes and practices evolve to ensure they continue to be relevant and useful in todays IT service management environment. Because the basic principles of ITIL are intact, ITIL qualifications remain relevant for any prior and current released versions.
We have aligned our ITIL classes to the refreshed exam syllabi, as indicated below.
